• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours; e-wallet payouts typically arrive within minutes to a few hours.
• CG77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that belongs to the verified account holder.
• CG77 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

By placing bets on cg77, you agree to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after submission, except where explicitly permitted by the platform for specific markets.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• CG77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a system error or human error.

• CG77 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for individual players or for specific markets at its discretion.
• Any winnings resulting from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.

Cg77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that offer as well as the general bonus rules below:

• Wagering Requirements Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Household Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are limited to one per person, household, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Expiry Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Right to Cancel CG77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited, the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from that bonus may be removed from the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cg77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent betting limits.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or take advantage of software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players or with CG77 personnel to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person (acting as an agent).
• Making deposits using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider for legitimate transactions on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of this content without the prior written consent of CG77.

You may not use the cg77 brand name, logo, or any other identifying marks for commercial purposes, in advertising, or in any way that could mislead others about your affiliation with CG77 without express written permission.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided KYC is complete and no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
